Bella explained that Alabama had always been her dream school, but now she gets to pursue her love of fishing at the same time. She plans on majoring in Kinesiology on the Pre-Medical track in hopes to be a Sports Medicine Physician. At the age of four, her Papaw Joe introduced her to feeding, catching & releasing fish. Then at twelve years old Bella & her dad started fishing local tournaments, OGS, Reel Money trails, the B.A.S.S. Nation Trail and she was “hooked” for Life! Bella fished in the Reel Money Championship and youngest to compete in the B.A.S.S. Nation Trails. Her favorite fishing technique is popping a frog across lily-pads because the feeling of an absolute giant coming up and hitting a frog is like no other! Bella knows it’s definitely different being a lady angler & will have to prove herself to be competitive. Her goal is to challenge herself & be an assist to the Alabama Fishing team. Watch out guys…she’s going to give you all a run for your money!
