Tribute to Salvatore “Scap” Cicero

October 22, 1948 – December 25, 2022

Scap was known for his Italian accent, his genuine smile, charismatic personality & how much he loved his family.  A true entrepreneur while catching plenty of fish, along with motivation and passion for the ‘American Dream’.  But above all, Scap was a godly man who had accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior & enjoyed playing the drums every Sunday at church, as he would say, “for God’s Glory!”

Scap was committed to 100% customer & product satisfaction. It’s amazing how Transducer Shield & Saver products come to life –  they start with a piece of aluminum, hours of research, trials and errors, developing, testing and end up a work of art. So next time you go fishing and look at your Transducer Shield & Saver, think about all the passion he put into the products. His legacy is more than saving transducers, it’s a bond between people and a love of sport fishing,  that’s so simple yet so complex. Scap will be truly missed, but never forgotten!
